It offers a rich and pure sense of comfort. The aftertaste reveals a subtle balance of sweetness and bitterness, with hints of green apple and fresh banana-like fruitiness lingering in the mouth, providing a light and refreshing bittersweet taste.

This sake is brewed by Takagi Shuzo Inc. in Yamagata Prefecture, using carefully polished "Yamada Nishiki" and "Aiyama" rice, milled to 50%. The back label on the bottle states: "A fresh, invigorating, and fragrant new sake made directly from the drops of sake dripping from the tank."
