The aroma is calm and gentle, typical of the fourteenth generation, with rich fruity notes reminiscent of apples and grapes. The sake rice flavor is profound and mellow, accentuating the distinct characteristics of "Yamada Nishiki" rice.

This distinguished Junmai Daiginjo sake was awarded the 3rd place in the "Junmai Daiginjo" category at the prestigious "SAKE COMPETITION 2016," the world's largest Japanese sake competition. It also received the 4th place in the same category at the "SAKE COMPETITION 2015," and the 3rd place at the "SAKE COMPETITION 2013." Moreover, it secured the 1st place in the "Junmai Daiginjo" category at the "SAKE COMPETITION 2012."

It is brewed using the "Shichisui Niju-Kan" method, where "Niju-Kan" refers to 20 "Kan," with each "Kan" being 75 kilograms. "Shichisui Niju-Kan" is an incredibly rare sake that can only be extracted from 7 drops of sake from 75 kilograms of rice.
