The Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Hizousyu offers a rich aroma of fruits and gentle notes of nuts. Its velvety and smooth mouthfeel resembles that of a swan's feather. The citrusy acidity balances the luscious sweetness and flavors, leaving a long-lasting and luxurious aftertaste.

"Juyondai" is a secret brew crafted using the time-honored "tama-gaeshi" technique, where the brewing knowledge is passed down through generations. "Hizousyu" refers to aged and matured sake that has been stored for at least 5 years. This pure rice, ultra-premium Junmai Daiginjo is made from carefully selected "Yamada Nishiki" sake rice, milled to an impressive 40% polishing rate, and matured at extremely low temperatures.
