Description

The aroma is reminiscent of sweet melon, stable, and mild. Upon tasting, a distinct sweetness similar to pear spreads in the mouth, followed by a subtle bitterness. After the bitterness fades, it leaves behind an irresistible sweet aftertaste. Very few sakes can express the flavor of "Yamada Nishiki" rice so well, but this sake achieves a perfect and balanced mastery. When chilled to around 5°C, the flavors become more pronounced, allowing you to fully appreciate the rich and abundant characteristics of "Yamada Nishiki" sake rice.

In the "SAKE COMPETITION 2014," the world's largest Japanese sake competition, this sake received the 4th place in the Daiginjo category.
