"Jikon Junmai Daiginjo Tokujo Omachi" is a supremely pure rice sake crafted by the innovative and traditional Kiya Masakura Sake Brewery. The precious rice variety "Tokujo Omachi" is grown with care by the Tokiwa farm of Sannomiya, Okayama City, and is extremely rare. After a special encounter in 2019, after four years, they bring back this miracle.

"Tokujo Omachi" sets an admirable standard, with a whole grain ratio (percentage of complete grains) of more than 90%. In the Omachi rice variety, which has not undergone any type of genetic modification, such a goal was considered unattainable. Every grain is nurtured with utmost care and love by farmers who put in countless efforts, creating this precious Omachi rice.
