Description

This sake possesses a unique and subtle aroma of Aiyama rice. The balanced combination of apple-like sweetness and grapefruit-like acidity creates a refreshing and easy-to-drink Junmai Ginjo with a fruity mouthfeel.

The toji (brewmaster) of the brewery, Yasuo Watanabe, is also the mayor of Itsuki Town, the heart of the town known as "Akita Fukurokuju Shuzo". With a history spanning 330 years, this brewery exudes a sense of the long-standing history since the Edo period. "Ippakusuisei Junmai Ginjo Aiyama" is a Junmai Ginjo made from the rare Aiyama rice grown in the A-grade region of Hyogo Prefecture.
