Description

This is a fruit doburoku (milky unfiltered sake) that allows you to clearly taste and experience the flavor and aroma of peaches. The mouthfeel is akin to fruit juice, resembling a lactobacillus beverage with ample peach juice. The refreshing acidity and slight bitterness complement the deliciousness of the peach aroma and flavor in the doburoku.

Breaking the traditional concept of doburoku, the DOBUROKU＜破＞ series explores new possibilities. The second installment is Peach Doburoku. It is a collaboration between CFO Saito, who is involved in rice and agave production, and the renowned Wakanayama brand "Arakawa no Momo," which he encountered during his previous job, along with the Yagi Farm that preserves and passes down this tradition.
