Description

The flavor and aroma of yuzu are clearly evident in this fruit doburoku (milky unfiltered sake). The mouthfeel is akin to fruit juice, with a creamy texture resembling yuzu blended yogurt. The refreshing acidity and slight bitterness complement the deliciousness of the yuzu aroma and flavor in the doburoku.

The DOBUROKU＜破＞ series is a collection of doburoku products that break traditional concepts and explore new possibilities. The first release is Hassaku Doburoku, a collaboration between CFO Saito, who is involved in rice and agave production, and the Yagi Farm in the yuzu kingdom of Wakayama prefecture, which he encountered in his previous job.
