Description

This sake has a fresh aroma with subtle nuances of aloe vera, tea leaves, and lactic acid. There is a slight effervescence upon entry to the mouth. The taste is rich in the flavor of rice, and the elegant sweetness gradually expands. The pleasant lactic acid flavor wraps around the mouth, with a mildly creamy finish. Despite being slightly sweet, it is overall refreshing with a hint of citrusy bitterness in the aftertaste. Compared to conventional beer hops, the aroma is milder and the mouthfeel is lighter.

This is an innovative brewing method using French hops to create a doburoku beer for the first time!
