This sake is crafted using 100% Miyamanishiki rice, polished to 40%. As the first product from "Ibuki," it boasts an alcohol content of 14%. Additionally, due to the use of special rice, it comes with a well-designed packaging box.

"Urahayanagi" refers to a light green color with a hint of yellow, representing the dye color that expresses the light green shade on the backside of willow leaves. Therefore, it may resonate with the label color and the taste of the sake.
