As expected during the brewing process, this sake has a delicate vanilla aroma. Once you take a sip, an exquisite sweetness immediately bursts in your mouth, accompanied by the unique sourness of the white koji, which complement each other to create a special flavor. The lingering aftertaste leaves a lasting impression, while the subtle bitterness adds a refreshing touch to the palate.

Usually, Japanese sake is made from "yellow koji," but this sake uses "white koji," which is commonly used to make shochu and creates a citric acid flavor.
