Description

The sake has a mild caramel sweetness aroma with refreshing bitterness, providing a tight sensation. Upon tasting, the initial sweetness presents itself, followed by a refreshing sensation with a caramel-like taste. The bitterness arrives afterward, accompanied by a nutty bitterness. The sake has a considerable thickness and richness, and its freshness makes it stand out among other Sakes from Ibi Brewery.

The label design for this commemorative limited edition sake uses purple as the main theme. The label features elements such as views of the brewery, rice ears, and family crests. The design of the brewery view is a drawing handcrafted by Keiki Sugihara, the owner of the brewery himself.

Gifu Sugihara Shuzo Co., Ltd. was established in 1892. I have been with the company for about 15 years and experienced many moments that made me cry in both hardship and joy. There is no doubt that many unimaginable things have happened in the 131 years of history. The 130th anniversary celebration seems to have passed without me noticing (laugh).
