This sake uses rice grown in Tochigi Prefecture, polished to 50%, and is carefully brewed with the sacred water from Nikko. It is a refreshing Junmai Daiginjo namazake that aims to keep the original state of the pressed sake as much as possible in its bottled form. As a prototype product, the production quantity is limited.
