After maturing for over two years, this sake possesses a soft, fluffy, and light acidity, along with a wonderful, full-bodied flavor and a gentle aroma. It can be enjoyed directly, with ice, or even mixed with soda water.

HououBiden Apricot Liquor

Apricot production in Japan is quite low, and due to the fruit's easy perishability and limited shelf life, the quantity of apricot liquor produced is very small compared to other spirits made by the same brewery. As a result, shipments are limited to once or twice a year.

To fully enjoy the taste of apricots, no filtration or other additives are used. The fruit pulp and lees create a cloudy appearance, but it doesn't affect the quality of the liquor.
