Description

This brewing formula is the same as the previous one, using only rice and rice koji for brewing. It has a refreshing and sweet taste with a certain crispness. It can be served chilled as an aperitif and is also suitable for pairing with various Japanese and Western dishes. As a dessert sake, it pairs well with strawberries or chocolate cake and is delicious poured over ice cream!

This sake subverts the image of rich and sweet sake, with a flavor profile leaning towards "sweetness (umami)". "Patisserie" is French for "cake" or "pastry shop," so we named this sake "Like a Cake...".

The packaging remains the same as before, with a red bottle and cake box packaging, which is very distinctive. It's a great choice as a reward for yourself or as a gift for Valentine's Day or White Day.
