Among the beloved Junmai Ginjo 55% series by sake enthusiasts, this sake showcases the unique flavor of Houhai rice, becoming representative of the brewery's distinctive taste.

Made using exclusively contracted "Houhai rice" cultivated by Miura Shuzo, carefully polished to 55% using their in-house rice polishing machine, and brewed with brewery well water and proprietary yeast, this Junmai Ginjo nama-zake is crafted.
