Located in the cold region of Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture, this seasonal limited edition of the highly popular sake "Houhai," carefully brewed by two brothers, is a new addition to the Junmai Ginjo 55% series.

Among the beloved Houhai Junmai Ginjo 55% series favored by sake enthusiasts, this sake embodies the unique flavor of Houhai rice, becoming a representative taste of the brewery.

It uses exclusively contracted sake rice "Houhai rice" cultivated by Miura Shuzo, polished with their in-house rice milling machine to 55%, and brewed into Junmai Ginjo sake using the brewery's well water and proprietary yeast.
