Produced by Kadoguchi Shuzoten Co., Ltd., established in 1869, located in Iiyama City, Nagano Prefecture, one of Japan's snow-rich regions, bordering Niigata Prefecture where snowfall exceeds 3 meters in winter. They are the northernmost sake brewery in Nagano Prefecture.
