This sake, "Suji de Umakui Hatsu Sakura," is launched by the famous brewery from Ishinomaki, Miyagi Prefecture, "Hitakami," to welcome the cherry blossom season. It is a limited edition refined sake, "Junmai Daiginjo Juroku Hatsu Sakura Namazake."

We have selected premium Yamada Nishiki rice, polished it to 45%, and used Miyagi yeast for brewing, creating Hitakami's uniquely flavorful taste.

The name of this sake is derived from the Kabuki play "Sukeroku Kurumabiki Hana no Sakura." The protagonist Sukeroku is a stylish and charming character from the Edo era. Therefore, this sake also embodies the stylish taste. Additionally, the bottle label design is uniquely creative, showcasing Hitakami's distinctiveness and creativity, making it visually appealing and distinctive in taste.
