Although the aroma of this sake is not very prominent, there are many colorful flavors in the taste. The acidity brings wonderful texture, while the colorful flavor adds more delightful taste experiences. As the ingredients are abundant at this time of year, we recommend enjoying it with a sense of seasonal taste.

This year, we switched from using "Asahi rice" that was used last year to "Otomachi rice" to further evolve its taste! It embodies the unique freshness and diverse flavor of Otomachi rice.

The brewery in Hirado has many beautiful sunset spots, and the design of Hiran Saidou is reminiscent of those beautiful sunsets. Just as various colors intertwine on the road when the sun goes down, the taste of this sake expresses complexity.
