This sake emanates a gentle and elegant sweetness reminiscent of Sanbon sugar when sipped. Its graceful aftertaste, rich flavor, and tender mouthfeel are its distinctive features.

It pairs well with seafood and fish dishes, especially those with aromatic ingredients, sweet ink squid or sweet shrimp sashimi, white fish sashimi, and desserts.

This is a Junmai Ginjo sake made using the rice variety "Tomi no Ka," which is suitable for sake brewing and produced in Toyama Prefecture.

"Tomi no Ka" is a special variety registered in 2010 and originates from Toyama Prefecture. Although this sake was once sold before 2011, it was discontinued due to the extremely limited yield of "Tomi no Ka," making it a rare variety that was challenging to consistently obtain. However, thanks to the cooperation of contracted farmers, this sake has successfully been revived.
