As the epitome of Hanamura, as the flagship, it is crafted from carefully cultivated Bizen Omachi, using 'Omachi' sake rice produced in Yamagata Prefecture.

Hanamura, inheriting the genetic heritage of '14 Generations,' has become a popular sake in Akita, the kingdom of sake enthusiasts in Japan.

The raw sake rice used is 'Omachi' produced in Okayama Prefecture, with a polishing rate of up to 50%, and the brewing water is sourced from 'Rikimizu,' one of Japan's top 100 famous waters from the Lekimai Mountain Range. Using a unique low-temperature long-term brewing method preserves its charming flavor, and each bottle is carefully hand-filled.
