This particular sake is Hanamura's seasonal limited edition, crafted using 'Dewasansan' as the pure rice used in ginjo brewing. 'Dewasansan' is a sake rice developed in Yamagata Prefecture after 11 years of research. It has Hana Fubuki as the father line and Aki no Nishiki as the mother line, providing a full-bodied taste and rich aroma.
