Hanamura has been garnering much attention lately, standing at the pinnacle of Japanese sake in popularity and quality, thanks to the extraordinary technical guidance from President Takagi of "Juyondai." Juyondai supervised aspects such as rice selection, brewing methods, labeling, and naming, resulting in an elegant, transparent, sweet taste, and a smooth mouthfeel, making its quality truly worth mentioning.

"Akita Sake Komachi" is a brewing variety independently developed by Akita Prefecture. After over ten years of research and development, it combines the sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" (from Hyogo Prefecture), suitable for brewing Japanese sake, with the renowned sake rice "Miyama Nishiki" grown in the prefecture. It inherits the essence of both rice types, giving birth to this entirely new variety. It can be said that "Akita Sake Komachi" is the finest choice tailor-made for Japanese sake.
