This is the pinnacle work of Hanaabi - "Yamada Nishiki 40" drip sake .

Crafted using "Yamada Nishiki" rice produced in Hyogo Prefecture, polished to 40% as a pure rice Junmai Daiginjo【drip sake】, it is an unfiltered original sake created with exquisite craftsmanship, with extremely limited production.

During the pressing of the sake lees (moromi), we apply no artificial pressure, carefully collecting the "drip sake" that naturally drips from the sake bag.
