The Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 40%, perfectly expresses the flavor of this sake, combined with the unique brewing process of Nanyo Brewery, making it the pinnacle of the Hanaougi series.Using the method of "Ori-Garami", a small amount of sediment is added to the sake, resulting in a fresh and juicy taste.

"Shizuku Sake" refers to the collection of "sake drops" that are naturally collected during the pressing of the sake, without applying any artificial pressure, making it even more precious.
