Description

This sake has a strong and sweet taste, giving the impression of adding energy drink to pineapple juice.

Every year, the sake rice "sake musashi" presents a new challenge for Hanaabi. The acidity is slightly heavy with a hint of spiciness, leaving a sweet and refreshing aftertaste that is unique to Hanaabi.

This sake is made from the first type of sake rice in Saitama Prefecture, "sake musashi". The rice has been developed over 12 years through the improvement of irrigation with eight counter-flowing streams and morning dew irrigation. "Sake musashi" is one of the more challenging types of sake rice.
