Despite being the sole original sake in the Hakurakusei series, it showcases a light and refreshing drinking experience, devoid of any heaviness.

The pinnacle of fine sake, "Hakurakusei," is a limited edition product available only once a year, featuring the pure rice ginjo style brewed from "Bizen Omachi" rice sourced from Okayama Prefecture, polished to a rate of 50%.
