This sake is carefully crafted through a long period of low-temperature fermentation. While retaining the gentle mouthfeel unique to pure rice sakes, we pursue not only a fresh and rough texture but also the quality of exquisite taste. Softness is added to the fresh texture, allowing you to appreciate the exquisite taste of this unpasteurized sake.

As this is a raw sake, please store it under refrigeration conditions and consume it chilled or with ice.

Since its first release in 1977, "Shiboritate Genshu" has always been highly regarded for its seasonal limited edition product featuring "unpasteurized raw sake". Our unique elegant aroma, freshness, and rough texture have become its characteristics, and we are grateful for your support for over 40 years.

This year, the sake brewery has upgraded and improved it in preparation for the year-end and New Year's party season. It is now available for limited edition sales in December with an even more refined taste and freshness.
