Using Yamada Nishiki and Gohyakumangoku rice polished to 45%, along with Miyama Nishiki, this junmai sake not only retains the unique refreshing taste of Hakkaisan but also possesses characteristics that prevent it from becoming cloying. With a transparent and refreshing mouthfeel, it carries a subtle, elegantly dispersed sweetness that enhances the deliciousness of dishes, making it a slightly upscale pairing sake.

This junmai daiginjo is completely handcrafted, brewed with koji that forms a spring water called "Raiden Seishu," derived from the snowmelt of Hakkaisan.
