Grace Koshu is a highly regarded wine internationally, gaining attention for its pairing with Japanese cuisine and regional characteristics. It has been recognized by Jancis Robinson (MW) as a representative Japanese wine. This wine originates from vineyards situated at an altitude of over 400 meters. After allowing the grapes to fully ripen, a slow and gentle pressing process takes place. Stainless steel tanks are used for fermentation and storage during the winemaking process. By understanding the characteristics of the grape variety and the conditions of the region and vineyard plots, this wine fully showcases the distinctive features of the Katsunuma region.
