Description

Bright green with a hint of lemon yellow. The first impression of the aroma is fresh and transparent, carrying notes of white flowers, grass, and fresh green. Amid citrus scents like lime and sour orange, there's a hint of peppery spice and a smoky mineral touch. The palate is fresh, with lower alcohol content, showcasing a strong acidic sensation and the mineral texture unique to this region's various soils. The lingering finish leaves a pleasant and satisfying taste.

A dry white wine crafted from grapes grown in a specific vineyard. The harvest site, Hishiyama, is located in the elevated terrain overlooking Katsunuma-cho. This area enjoys abundant sunlight, significant day-night temperature variations, and excellent drainage, making it an ideal growing region for Koshu grapes. In this area, we selected farmers known for producing high-concentration grapes and used these specific grapes to create this wine. To highlight the unique characteristics of the terroir, we employed the Sul Lie method (with no clarification or settling for 5 months, allowing direct contact between grape juice and sediment) for the winemaking process. The wine complies with EU standards and has been exported to overseas markets such as London.
