This daiginjo sake uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Nagasaki Prefecture, which is slowly fermented at a low temperature to create a rich flavor profile. One of the sources of water used in the brewing process is from the "Anman-kyo" spring in the "Hirao sacred site and village" area, which is part of the UNESCO World Heritage site "Christian-related properties in Nagasaki and Kyushu".

Awards: Gold award at the 2022 Japan New Sake Appraisal Competition, and bronze award at the 2023 International Wine Challenge (IWC).
