"Survival" is one of the most popular editions in the Glory Fuji Ultra Limited Series. This sake is bottled with the first-pressed extract from the brewing process. Cultivated through challenging research and development in Yamagata Prefecture, it finally became the fourth registered sake rice variety called "Tamanoi," a crossbreed of Yamada Nishiki and Kinmon Nishiki, known for its sweet and refined fragrance. The quality of this brewed sake is also remarkably stable.
