This sake is recommended to be enjoyed in two ways: mixed with water or mixed with carbonated water. It has a clear and fresh aroma, reminiscent of sake with a subtle fruity note and a hint of yeast. Upon tasting, the flavor is crisp and non-viscous, quickly spreading in the mouth. Swallowing it all at once, the elegant aroma lingers in the nose, offering a pleasant and graceful experience.

This authentic shochu is produced using the sake lees of Tadashu through a decompression distillation process. The distinct feature of "Tadashu Honkaku Shochu" is its clear taste and alcohol content of 30%. Additionally, the brewery avoids excessive filtration to maintain the flavor, resulting in occasional white sediment floating in the liquid, which does not affect its quality.
