This Dassai Dex 45 also has the same fruity and gorgeous aroma as regular Dassai. The difference is that it slightly reduces the sweetness and replaces it with a fresher feeling. Its aroma is closer to apple rather than strawberry. When tasting, you can feel a slight sweetness and the freshness of rice. Perhaps with a slightly dry feeling in the mouth. This sake has a rich mouthfeel, obvious toughness, and clearer outline. As the alcohol content and acidity of Japanese sake are not disclosed, specific values cannot be given.

The Newborn Dassai is brewed using an ancient brewing method that is unique so far.

The "Newborn Dassai" focuses on ancient brewing methods. However, as it is a product of the Dassai Brewery, it does not believe that "just returning to ancient brewing methods is enough" or "it doesn't matter if it's not good to drink if it's natural."
