This sake emits a fresh and fruit-filled fragrance. Upon tasting it, you will experience a gentle bubble sensation, along with the unique fruity aroma and delicious umami flavor that is characteristic of Dassai.

After consuming about two glasses, you can seal the lid and gently stir to mix the sediment before pouring into a glass, it will become a milky color. The flavor will be more robust and sweet compared to the initial taste. Because the alcohol content is only 14%, which is lower than the average Japanese sake, even those who are not accustomed to drinking such beverages can enjoy this sake.

Dassai is a well-known brand both domestically in Japan and worldwide. They have now introduced a sparkling nigori sake. One of the key principles that Dassai insists upon is that the Yamadanishiki rice used is polished to 45% of the pure rice daiginjo specification. This sake is brewed using the "naturally fermented" method, which focuses on raising the fermenting power of the mash. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle. Since it's easily prone to spilling, it's recommended that the bottle is stored in a cool place and gently opened.
