Upon the first sip, there is an instant spiciness, but it quickly gives way to the flavors and sweetness of the rice, leaving a light and refreshing sensation upon swallowing. The aftertaste exudes an indescribable sense of nobility.

Replacing the best-selling sake "Dassai 50," "Dassai 45" made its debut in April 2019 with a new name. The brewery stated that they adjusted the polishing ratio to 45% in pursuit of even better sake quality. All Dassai sake is brewed according to the Junmai Daiginjo standard.
