Nagano Daishinshu, the boutique sake crafted by hand in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, introduces "Tenouchi Namazume," a pure rice sake.

We have selected Kinmonnishiki rice carefully cultivated by contracted farmers in Nagano Prefecture, with a polishing rate of 55%. Utilizing techniques inherited from our brewery, it is meticulously brewed.

This sake is stored in bottles while still fresh, with its most notable feature being the "Hiire" technique. Through the longstanding unique Hiire technique of Daishinshu Brewery, it achieves an excellent freshness in the liquor.
