Nagano Daishinshu, the meticulously crafted sake from Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, introduces its pinnacle creation, "Azumino RyuSen."

This product is packaged in a simple and beautiful wooden box. The product name, Azumino RyuSen, originates from a pond within the precincts of the Azusamizu Shrine in the Norikura Kogen area. It is located at the source of the Azusa River, the same water as the well water used for brewing sake. Azusamizu is the source of Daishinshu and the source of life in Matsumoto City. In homage to the dragons that protect this water area, we express our respect.

We have selected Kinmonnishiki rice carefully cultivated by contracted farmers in Nagano Prefecture. After meticulous polishing using our in-house rice milling equipment and the exquisite craftsmanship of Daishinshu Brewery, this sake is brewed to the standards of sake produced by the Sake Appraisal Association.
