Nagano Daishinshu, the boutique sake crafted by hand in Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture, introduces "Okiteyaburi Namazume," a limited edition sake sold exclusively in winter with a name that packs a punch.

The black label gives a sense of fashion, different from the usual Daishinshu. We have selected Kinmonnishiki rice carefully cultivated by contracted farmers in Nagano Prefecture, refined to the standards of pure rice Daiginjo sake. Breaking the regulations of Daishinshu, we no longer bottle from a single tank but blend from two tanks to pursue a richer flavor, creating this truly "Okiteyaburi" masterpiece.
