Description

This sake has the fruity flavors of white peach and pear, aromatic and fresh, elegant and premium. Made with Aiyama rice from Hyogo's Banshu region, it fully expresses the distinctive character of Aiyama, presenting a rich and aromatic taste.

Founded in Taisho 2 (1913), Toyokawa Brewery is located along the Abukuma River, a tributary of the Natorigawa, in an area known for one of Japan's top 100 clear waters - the Arakawa River.

Although they have always focused on the "Chuai" brand since their establishment, in response to the demands of the times, they introduced the "Fumigawa" series to express rich aromas and abundant rice fragrance.

The Fumigawa series mainly consists of fresh sake, using rice suitable for brewing, such as Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, and Gohyakumangoku, creating a distinctive Japanese sake.

In recent years, they have also invested more effort in the Chuai brand, not only using the above-mentioned rice but also incorporating Aiyama from Banshu, Shonai Sasanami, and Akaiwa Ocho, forming a more diverse product line.

This "Chuai Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Banshu Aiyama Muroka Genshu Hiire" is a limited edition sake made with Aiyama rice from Hyogo, unfiltered, and undiluted.

Moreover, it is bottled only with the most stable quality "Nakadori" portion.
