Crafted by female brewer Mariko Tomikawa, the aromatic and rich sake "Chuai" is a must-try!

Tomikawa Shuzoten, established in the second year of the Taisho era (1913), is located along the tributaries of the Noshinano River, known as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters - the Arakawa River.

While the brand has been focused on "Chu'ai" (loyalty and love) since its inception, to meet the demands of the times, they introduced the "Fumikawa" series to express intense aromas and rich rice fragrances.

The Fumikawa series primarily features unpasteurized sake, using sake rice such as Yamadanishiki, Miyamanishiki, and Gohyakumangoku, offering a distinctive range of Japanese sake.

In recent years, they have also invested more in the Chu'ai brand, incorporating rice varieties like Banshu Aiyama, Dewasansan, and Akaiwa Omachi, creating a more diverse product line.

This "Chuai Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Akaiwa Omachi Sizukuzake Tobindori" is a limited edition sake made with Junmai Daiginjo using Akaiwa Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture. Additionally, only the most stable part of the sake, "Nakadori," is bottled.
