Since its inception, the brewery has been producing the "Chuai" brand. As the demands of the times have changed, the brewery launched the "Fumigawa" series, showcasing rich aromas and strong rice fragrances. Fumigawa primarily features namazake (unpasteurized sake) made from high-quality sake rice such as Yamada Nishiki, Miyamanishiki, and Go-Hyakuman Stone, resulting in a diverse range of Japanese sake.

In recent years, the Chuai brand has also received greater attention, incorporating additional rice varieties such as Banshu Aiyama, Dewasansan, and Akaiwa Omachi, further enriching its product lineup.

This “Chuai Nakadori Junmai Daiginjo Akaiwa Omachi” is brewed with Akaiwa Omachi rice from Okayama Prefecture. It is a junmai daiginjo that has not undergone any filtration or heating treatment, making it a limited edition sake.

Moreover, this sake only contains the most stable “Nakadori” portion, making it extremely precious. Akaiwa Omachi is a rare high-quality sake rice, and you can experience its robust rice aroma in this sake.
