When it comes to Gasanryu, the original super-premium "Chouka" is also highly regarded. However, Super Ura Gasanryu is a Junmai sake that combines both quality and cost-effectiveness.

This time, "Yumekaze" uses the soft rice variety called Yumenishiki, which was once sealed when Dewa Sannsann was released. Yumenishiki is a sake suitable rice bred in Hyogo, developed by crossbreeding Kikusui and Yamada Nishiki.
