Regardless of the temperature at which it is enjoyed, it can be appreciated for its rich and profound flavor, making it a favorite among sake enthusiasts. Please enjoy the traditional style passed down from the creation period of Tenmei.

Japan has many ways to express seasonal flavors in sake, and the brand "Tenmei" is known for its pursuit of transparent and refreshing sake. This year's one-year-aged unfiltered sake "Cha no Tenmei" aims to allow consumers to enjoy the pure flavor without filtering. We use 50% of Yamada Nishiki rice milled to 50%, and separately use Kyokai No. 9 yeast and Fukushima Akebono yeast for brewing. Through tank-style pressing and precise blending techniques, we aim to expand the layers of taste. To expand the taste profile, we intentionally store it at 0-3°C for a year before bottling, and then rapidly cool it using a heat exchanger before bottling to minimize the impact on the quality of the sake and ensure its quality.
