This sake is a matured beverage aged at minus 10°C for a year. It is a blend of unfiltered raw sake made from pure rice daiginjo, and before bottling, it undergoes direct heat treatment to seal in its flavors, presenting a distinguished golden-colored sake. Because it is unfiltered, it possesses a wonderful faint golden hue, with a transparent aroma and a refreshing and impactful mouthfeel as its characteristics.

It has received several awards, including the Platinum Award at the "Las Vegas Global Wine Awards 2022," the Gold Award at the Spanish government-recognized international wine competition "CINVE 2022," the Gold Award at the "TEXSOM International Wine Awards 2022," and the Gold Award at the "Feminalise World Wine Competition 2022" organized by female wine professionals from around the world. In previous years, it has also earned numerous accolades, including the highest award in the "Japanese Sake Division" at the "Las Vegas Global Wine Awards 2021" and the Platinum Award at the "KURA MASTER 2020."
