The challenge series of the local famous sake "Azumatsuru," brewed at the traditional sake brewery "Azumatsuru Shuzo" in Tosu City, Saga Prefecture, has arrived! Using the renowned sake rice "Aiyama" as its raw material, in brewing, the aim was to create a sweetness of Aiyama that not only matches the impression of the past but also embodies the unique mild acidity of Azumatsuru.

It is based on this concept that this sake was born, with the hope that it "will become a bond between people, sparking beautiful encounters" and "expressing heartfelt gratitude to family, friends, and colleagues." Therefore, this sake is named "Musubare."
