Description

The aroma carries fruity notes reminiscent of Juyondai sake and a peach-like sensation. Upon the first sip, there's a sublime sweetness and umami reminiscent of top-notch Shiro sake, accompanied by a rich and smooth texture.

Originally intended to be featured at an event scheduled for March 2020 in the sake-rich region of Yamagata Prefecture, this limited-batch brewed product faced cancellation due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, this sake was exclusively released within Yamagata Prefecture in the year 2020.
