"Amaneko" is one of the most unique sakes in the entire Aramasa collection. During its production, in addition to using regular sake-specific koji, it also incorporates koji that enhances the acidity. This sake fully embodies Aramasa Shuzo's spirit of experimentation, and it continues to stand out to this day. Like "Colors" and "Hinotori," it is also brewed in wooden barrels.
